· Ensure that projects within the program are aligned and integrated, managing interdependencies and ensuring that project outcomes contribute to the overall program goals.
· Ensure that program objectives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Develop strategies to achieve these objectives and adjust plans as necessary.
· Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources across multiple projects, ensuring that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
· Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success. Use these metrics to drive performance improvements and ensure program objectives are met.
· Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular quality reviews and audits.
· Gather and share lessons learned and best practices across projects to promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organization.
· Address and resolve conflicts that arise within the program, ensuring that issues are managed effectively and do not impact program success.
· Develop and deliver comprehensive program reports to senior management, providing insights into program performance, risks, and opportunities.
· Encourage innovation within the program, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new approaches to enhance program outcomes.
· Provide training and development opportunities for project managers and coordinators, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
· As appropriate, manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that their contributions align with program goals and deliver value to the organization.
· As applicable, partner closely with enterprise-wide portfolio management office to ensure overall alignment.
· Partners closely with our change management leaders/practitioners to align on change management deliverables needed to drive adoption and readiness.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· PMP/PMI certification or equivalent experience as a program manager for 8+years.
· 8+ years Program/Project delivery experience
· Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Experience with project management software and tools (Smartsheet, Project, Asana, Monday, etc.).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
· Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
· Experience implementing Guidewire, Paymentus or other Digital Payment Transformations
